Job Description:
Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating all motorpool maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of light and heavy vehicles. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all light and heavy equipment. Create detailed job plans including purchase materials, tools and safety equipment. Maintain an accurate backlog of maintenance work and  track job status to completion. Coordinate with purchasing and inventory to ensure required parts and materials are available. Schedule maintenance activities in coordination with supervisors to minimize repair. Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and managing inventory of spare parts, tools and materials required for the maintenance of equipment. Process purchase request for maintenance parts, tools and services in accordance with company policies and budget limits. Maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing, warranties and delivery information. Ensure that critical spare parts are available when needed to reduce equipment downtime. 
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
1 to 3 years work related experience
Strong knowledge in Microsoft  Excel, Word and PowerPoint
