WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT - PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible for the accurate planning and tracking of maintenance activities using the Company's systems and procedures, continuously optimizing the regular maintenance activities while ensuring that the maintenance budget and spare parts inventory levels are within the company's targets
WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Ensure Maintenance Plans are created by IWS Maintenance Leads or LCO Process Engineers on Monthly/ Weekly /Daily cycles and follow the global standard process flow for each cycle. Ensure the outcome of the maintenance planning cycles is correctly and accurately reflected in SAP at all times.
Maintenance Backlog Management
Checks the execution of Maintenance Activities as per the latest Maintenance Plan and together with IWS Maintenance Leads or LCO Process Engineers ensures that each Production Line's On-Hand Spare Parts Inventory is within the target of a maximum of 30 days.
Preventive Maintenance Standards
Create and ensure the execution of the factory's Global Preventive Maintenance Standards Adoption Plan, delivering complete adoption of any new Standard in max. 3 months from their global release date.
Drive transition to Modular Preventive Maintenance Programs as per Time-Based or Condition-based strategies (TBM/CBM) for all production lines.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve existing Global Preventive Maintenance Standards to Global MRO Function and TFT - ET Pilar, based on experience accumulated after execution of Global Preventive Maintenance activities.
Optimization of Local / Global Maintenance Programs and Activities
Monthly analysis of executed maintenance activities in order to identify opportunities for creating new preventive maintenance standards (instead of repetitive corrective/autonomous maintenance activities) or for optimizing the intervals and scope for periodical preventive part inspections (CBMs) or part replacements (TBMs).
Together with the Spare Parts Planner(s) regularly identify opportunities for factory Safety Stock reduction by implementing Preventive Maintenance Programs (TBM/CBM)
Maintenance Training & Support to Line Teams
Regularly provide training & system support to IWS Maintenance Leads and/or LCO Process Engineers based on the latest available Global PM/MRO documentation, on: -
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Maintenance Backlog Management
Maintenance Budget Control
Creation or editing of new or existing local preventive maintenance standards as an outcome of Breakdown Elimination In-Depth Analysis Processes (including their upload to SAP PM).
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS
Technical university degree preferably in the areas of mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering, or production/manufacturing processes
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FMCG production or engineering
English: Excellent knowledge
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledgeable of SAP system
Good to have:
Capex Project Management - Equipment, Operation
Business Understanding of Finance, IT, QC, Production, ME&EHS, Legal, HR, MAS.
