MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Qualifications:
Has at least 10 years of experience in maintenance management with a minimum 5 years in heavy equipment and truck repair.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance best practices including predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of maintenance technicians and staff
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to priotize and multitask effectively
Preferably lives in Talisay City / willing to be assigned in Talisay
Can drive 2W and 4W vehicle
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance data
Salary Range:
PHP 35,000-60,000
