Duties and Responsibilities * Inspects the Facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and work orders to Handyman and Technician.
Identify and set up Equipment Preventive Maintenance, coordinating work and schedule with Contractors.
Keeps systems and equipment running by administering tests, making repairs, acquiring and installing necessary replacement parts, and creating a program for regular maintenance
Ensure sufficient Inventory of Supplies, Tools, and Equipment.
Participate in Projects such as Build Outs and Renovations.
Ensure Site's adherence to Quality Standards and Safety Regulation.
Supervise Handyman and Technicians.
Qualifications * Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any related courses
With 2 years of experience in residential and commercial wiring practices
Skilled in Electrical troubleshooting
With a complete diploma, Degree, or Certificate Program in the field
Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any related courses
Licensed is an advantage but not required
Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance in machinery
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
With a strong personality and sense of responsibility
