The Maintenance Lead - Electrical & Controls is the overall manager of all electrical maintenance activities in the factory and works alongside the technicians.
Essential
5 years solid experience in maintenance role in factory setting
Owner of maintenance plan in current role
Experience in delivery of zero-breakdown agenda
Experience in electricals & controls
Licensed Electrical Engineer
Preferred
Background in utilities operations
Certified IIEE member
Experience in electrical substation management or in electrical maintenance in an FMCG, pharma, aero/aviation or tobacco production line.
