 MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures that minimize equipment downtime and operational efficiency.
Implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize unforeseen equipment failures.
Streamlining maintenance processes and adopting technologies that enhance the performance and longevity of the manufacturing systems.
Training and leading a competent maintenance team capable of addressing and resolving issues swiftly.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage maintenance-related budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment and facility upkeep.
Implements continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance procedures and reduce costs.
Check electrical and hydraulic systems of the building to ensure functionality
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
Tasks and Duties
Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance work.
Ensuring that all maintenance work is documented according to internal and external requirements.
Responding promptly to emergency situations involving equipment breakdowns, mitigating potential hazards or interruptions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, registered mechanical engineer.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and diagnostic tools.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to maintenance standards.
Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
 
Essential Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment and system
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
Other Requirements
Willing to be assigned in Talavera, Toledo City.
