MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (SMT)
Job Qualification:
Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably ECE/ Electrical Engineering
Has good leadership and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Having at least 1 year of experience in conducting troubleshoot and repair circuit boards of SMT/SMD/AOI machines is an advantage.
Adequate knowledge in ISO and Kaizen Awareness
Experience in the Manufacturing industry is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and make Preventive Maintenance schedule for SMT/SMD/AOI machines and equipment.
Reviews inspection and monthly preventive maintenance check sheets for filing.
Conduct Preventive Maintenance and filled up PM check-sheets
Assist and coordinate service providers/ service engineers for the machine calibration and troubleshooting activities
Inform machine updates and abnormalities to the superior.
Reviews and/or make work instructions and procedures.
Conducts line meeting for quality improvement and production efficiency.
