DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-charge of planning, setup, commissioning, trial, and completion of punch list for new equipment, lines, or facilities.
Safe keeps all documents of maintenance section e.g., Maintenance work request, Contractor Work Permit/ Work
Plans Chart, Machine and Equipment manuals, Checklist and records, data, Company profiles and reports.
Manages the condition of measuring instruments and tools of the department from issuance to calibration (internal and external).
Performs troubleshooting and repair of equipment and implements corrective action.
Prepares procedures, working guidelines, and other supporting documents needed operation.
Reports abnormalities encountered, and makes recommendations to improve operations and solve maintenance-related problems.
Responds to line calls that need facilities and maintenance support.
Carries out engineering investigation of plant defects as necessary and undertakes other investigation/test work.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial & Control Engineering courses. (EE/ECE/MEXE/ICS).
Fresh Graduate or at least-1 year experience gained from manufacturing set-up. With license is advantage.
Could interpret some technical drawings: (AUTOCAD Drafting) Mechanical, electrical, motor control, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC ladder.
Proficient in MS Office Application.
Can use basic electrical and mechanical tools.
