MAINTENANCE ENGINEERD & L Industries

I. Repair and maintenance
Assist Engineering Head in ensuring plant utilities and critical production equipment are in good operating condition, upgraded, repaired, and maintained with minimum downtime and cost
Monitor engineering costs and give recommendation for effective and efficient operation
Implement computerized maintenance management system
Assist the plant engineer in meeting factory variable standards
Assist in administering control of engineering stocks
Monitor enigineering and production supplies for the D&L Group
Assist different business units in the implementation of CMMS
Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering activities
Act on non-conformance issued during audit and ensures CA/PA are implemented
Monitor and check the AutoCAD operator's mechanical plant drawings
Implement Total Productive Maintenance and Reliability Centered Maintenance
II. HSE
Assist in plant HSE programs
Coordinate HSE activities with different SPE groups
Assist in the formulation of safety policies and standards
Assist in reporting savings derived from improvement programs and HSE initiatives
Perform Hazard/Risk and Impact assessment
Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year work experience
