Job Description:
Improves and develops reliability, maintainability and sustainability of all land based equipment nationwide
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdown
Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems
Diagnose equipment faults and recommend technical solution
Develops repair procedures
Supervises site maintenance personnel
Develop preventive and predective maintenance procedures
Develop preventive and predictive (PPM) plan for all LBE nationwide
Maintains equipment statistical records
Ensures compliance with health and safety legislation
Develops equipment reliability strategies
Manage stocks of supplies and equipment
Conducts failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system
Coordinated scheduled maintenance with operations department
Conducts cost savings and introduce new projects if needed
Coordinates with vendor and procurement
Improves uptime of all equipment
Qualifications:
Any graduate of Engineering or related courses
Licensed/Registered Engineer (Mechanical or Engineer) is preference
Experience inequiment maintenance and reliability engineering
Excellent in data analysis and problem solving
Can easily adapt in working environment
