Duties and responsibilities:
Data processing / reports
1. Out-going of parts/materials issuance (RIS) to Navision program through parts encoding
2. Incoming of parts/materials delivery (Sales invoice)to Navision program through P.O
processing
3. Process parts transfer to/from other shops to Navision program
4. Generate part charges report through Navision program
5. Process contractor's payroll through the use of Job order and generate payroll summary
6. Generate special project/reports assigned by maintenance head
7. Plan/generate schedule of units for PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service)
8. Prepare daily maintenance report (Bus in shop)
9. Encode daily work plan of personnel's
10. Generate critical parts monitoring report for PMS units
11. Generate damage estimate report (Labor and materials cost) of bus involved
12. Encode daily fuel entry to google sheets
13. Encode job log sheet of mechanics
14. Tracking and monitoring of KMR record per operational bus units
15. Generate parameters report (part charges per unit, cost per km, kmr records and RBD
records)
