Job Description:
Provides Technical assistance to the General repair and maintenance of the building facilities and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and ventilation systems maintenance
• Cleans interior & exterior of the building, as well as machineries and equipment.
• Complete administrative duties, such as daily activity report, monitoring checklist and other reports required by the immediate superior and/or the Management.
• Comply with all safety and health standards and regulations.
• Monitors, coordinates and provide assistance to contractors relative to general preventive maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs of the building. Provide assistance to Tenant's and building concerns when need arises.
• Provide Technical assistance to key areas of the Maintenance Department which includes the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing section.
• Conducts inspection to all General repairs and maintenance of the building and stalls/warehouses in relation to Contractor's completed job order.
• Performs other related function that may be assigned by the Management/ Immediate superior based on the business operation requirement of the building.
