Please note that internally, the business title is MCS Agent.We are open to consider fresh graduates.Key Responsibilities:
Strategically plan and manage Customs Clearance activities, reporting, and customer communications
Ensure that all types of declarations, import, export, PEZA, OGA, permits are being managed effectively
Ensure good working relationship with vendors and monitor vendor service, report trends to manager and relationship liaisons. Conduct supplier performance management.
Engagement of product, sales, and customer service teams, frontline and organization.
Work with Product and Procurement team to handle ad hoc special operational tasks or new implementation.
Ensure all new change initiatives are implemented by the team and within the standard global landscape.
Provide updates, issues, and concerns along with possible solutions to management.
Identifies and suggest opportunities for continuous improvements, and cost reductions.
Simplification and standardization of operational process to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
What We Are Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Customs Brokerage- Certified Customs Broker
We are open to Fresh Graduates with the right attitude/mindset
Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.
Result driven and passion for growth.
Adaptive to fast and continuous change.
