DUTIES and RESPONSIILITIES:
Reviews 2D drawings received from Mold Designer for any errors or concerns prior to machining
Prepares steel to cut using band saw as per drawings
Operates Milling Machine to produce required steel plates for mold parts or any required part
Operates Surface Grinders and ensures accuracy with Vernier Calipers and Micrometers to produce required plates or any necessary part
Operates Lathe Machine as necessary to produce any required part as per required measurements and tolerances
Assembles finished mold parts to build the Plastic Mold for testing or production
Adjusts or repairs worn-out parts that can be repaired with conventional machining
Implements preventive maintenance activities assigned for the machine
Reports any errors on the 2D drawings to Machine Shop Supervisor and aids on troubleshooting the issue considering machine and materials capability
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Machine Shop Technology or any related course
Must have knowledge in G-codes, Fanuc Control and CAM Software
Willing to operate conventional Milling Machines
With at least 1year experience on the same field
Willing to relocate to Lapu lapu City
