Machine Technician is responsible for ensuring operation of packaging and industrial equipment its repair and upkeep by performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, including supporting equipment.
Your scope of responsibility shall include:
Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance on bottling line,SUP or sachet line and other processing equipment,and utilities equipment.
Must be able to follow diagrams,sketches,operations manuals,manufacturers instructions and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions.
Modify PMs to equipment based on findings during repair on preventive tasks when appropriate.
Perform detailed analysis and recommend repair solutions when equipment is not performing up to mechanical or electrical design expectations.
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:
With associate degree or equivalent from technical/vocational school or in any related field.
At least with 4 years of related experience preferably in a manufacturing setting
With experience in PLC and Controls preferred.
Equipment maintenance, technical understanding, understands basic safety automation.
Must be able to use power tools, with attention to detail and willing to assume other responsibilities when needed.
