Technicians are responsible for performing regular maintenance on coffee machines to ensure that they are functioning properly. This might involve cleaning the machine, replacing worn-out parts, or adjusting settings to optimize performance.
When a coffee machine is not functioning properly, technicians are responsible for diagnosing the problem and developing a solution. This requires a strong understanding of the mechanics and electronics of the machine, as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.
Technicians are responsible for repairing coffee machines that are not functioning properly. This might involve replacing faulty parts, repairing broken components, or reprogramming software to address issues.
Technicians are responsible for testing coffee machines to ensure that they are working properly before leaving the customer location. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electronic or any related field, NCII holder is a plus
At least 2-3 years experience in technical and mechanical experience preferably from a coffee industry
Coffee machine technicians need to have a solid understanding of the mechanics and electronics of coffee machines, including how they work, how to diagnose problems, and how to repair or replace faulty parts. This might require a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, explaining technical issues in a clear and concise manner. They also need to be able to work well in a team environment.
