1.0 Basic Purpose
1.1 To ensure continuous operation of the machine.
1.2 To ensure products are of correct specifications.
2.0 Duties and Responsibilities
Regular Duties
2.1 Sets up and operates assigned machine.
2.2 Adjusts machine setting, as necessary.
2.3 Monitors machine operation.
2.4 Maintains cleanliness of the machine and work area.
2.5 Responsible for borrowed tools.
2.6 Observes proper housekeeping and maintains safety in his work area.
2.7 Ensures company policies and procedures are strictly implemented.
Occasional Duties
2.8 Troubleshoots assigned machine.
2.9 Performs basic machine repair and preventive maintenance.
2.10 Relieve barrel feeder during break time.
2.11 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
