The Machine / Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring operation of packaging and industrial equipment, its repair and upkeep by performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, including supporting equipment.
Your scope of responsibility shall include:
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance on bottling, SUP/Sachet line equipment, processing equipment, and utilities equipment,
Using mechanical and electrical knowledge in trouble shooting to maintain the manufacturing equipment systems,
Follows diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions,
Interacts with production group for support with setup repair items as needed,
Observes appropriate safety measures to maintain and promote a safe work environment,
Performs detailed analysis and recommend repair solutions when equipment is not performing up to mechanical or electrical design expectations,
Perform other tasks as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:
Candidate must have reached College level or its equivalent with certificate from a vocational/technical school,
With at least 5 years of experience in Maintenance or other related technical training preferably in a manufacturing environment,
With training on electrical wiring installation and troubleshooting, Pneumatics and Electro-pneumatics, and Advanced Industrial Motor Control,
Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and must be well versed in troubleshooting industrial equipment,
Must be willing to report to work as required under emergency conditions.
