We are looking for an Officer for Lubricants Demand Planning and Pricing who will perform daily pricing operations and offer supply chain support through efficient demand and replenishment planning. You will play a meaningful role by ensuring profitability through performing margin assessment for all requests from the sales team. You will ensure volume target achievement by scheduling of product transfers to lubricant warehouses nationwide. You will have an opportunity to prompt career development and rapid growth of valuable skills to achieve product availability in warehouses nationwide.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Pricing
1.1. Analyzes lubricants pricing requests from field officers aligned with current business pricing strategies
1.2. Monitors and records current market prices in coordination with frontline
2. Demand Planning
2.1. Monitors inventory levels of lubricant products in all operational outports
2.2. Assists the Lubricants Demand Planning and Pricing Supervisor in planning product transfers for all outports
2.3. Coordinates with Supply for replenishment from suppliers
2.4. Consolidates blend-to-order requirements from frontline and forwards production request to Supply
3. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics, and from reputable universities
Open to fresh graduates
Adept in Microsoft office with basic Microsoft Office Excel proficiency, good analytical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
Demonstrates good communication and presentation skills, effective time management and organization, and keen attention to detail
Above average verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
Realistic Job Preview: A day in the life of a Officer (Lubricants Demand Planning and Pricing) would involve: (1) Assess whether the requested price match, discount, promo, or other pricing-related inquiry is within the set margin threshold based on existing pricing frameworks (2) Monitors the current inventory level of all operational outports and recommends scheduling of replenishment to the Lubricants Demand Planning and Pricing Supervisor
