Ascertain that the quality assurance team ensures processes are in accordance with client's expectations as well as contractually agreed number of quality audits are met<\/p>g. Proactively share existing bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact on operations to allow appropriate prioritization<\/p>h. Able to clearly outline current performance drivers for their program(s) and actions to improve<\/p>i.
Liaise with account Program Manager to ensure Personnel meet account requirements<\/p>j.
