Job Description
About the role:
Must have CSR Experience with a background in eBay or any e-commerce account.
Must have excellent communication and written skills.
Must be familiar with the B2B process.
Must be highly experienced in Excel.
It will be vital that the candidates possess the following attributes:
- excellent written and spoken English (will eventually speak to clients)
- great customer service skills
- fast and accurate data entry skills to create consignments
- ability to think independently (ie identify errors in data and flag issues with shipments etc)
- ideally has some experience in freight, but not essential
Position requirements:
Must be highly experienced with Excel at an advanced level - knowledge of macros/formulas is a MUST, must be able to use advanced data analysis tools, automate workbook operations and effectively use complex functions.
Excellent computer skills with a competency in the Microsoft Office programs
Sound data entry skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff, and customers
Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and have great time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the square
Customer-focused and data-driven
