Performs on going evaluation and review of logistics resources for constant improvement opportunities.
Monitoring of Logistics employees.
Traffic monitoring at Loading area.
Provide recommendations for the improvement of Logistics policies and procedures.
Coordinate and investigate client's logistics associated charge backs like shortages, lost or damaged product in transit and missed deliveries.
Monitoring of trucking service's compliance to the policies of the company
Reporting of GPS reading every after provincial trip to the Operations Manager thru email.
Evaluation of GPS reading if the route and time consumed per customer delivery is reasonable.
Reporting of delivery irregularities thru incident report form that must be submitted to the Operations Manager and to the Human Resources Department.
Checks and evaluates if trucking charges to provincial customers are cost efficient.
Responsible on the coordination to the truck's Insurance Company and collates all documents needed for insurance claims.
Sees to it that trucks' registration are updated and renewed as scheduled including the insurance of trucks.
Requisition of pull out slips (POS) to the technical Staff (Service) and issues POPS to delivery drivers.
Graduate of Industrial Engineering / Logistics Management or any related Business course
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Logistics/ Retail Operations.
Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Associate / Supervisor Administration and Coordination Trading & Distribution 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
