JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensuring the right assets are received, delivered and picked up at the right time. Accurately accepts and receives delivery of terminal peripherals and others i.e., SIM cards, thermal paper supplies, etc. as part of asset management and inventory system.
2. Ensures timely terminal and/or peripheral releases, as per Quality Objectives.
3. Effectively arrange product pickups and deliveries with transportation companies as well as route drivers accordingly.
4. Closely coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities.
5. Regularly assist in organizing of assets, including but not limited to POS terminals.
6. Accurately prepare and timely submission of daily and monthly report of the daily task.
7. Will actively provide quality assistance & services to POS Preparation, QA and Field Technician Services as needed.
