DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Order Management
a. Receives ordering form to all PT Stores (9)
b. Consolidates stock orders according to delivery schedule.
c. Encoding of orders at Navision
d. Coordinates with branches for concerns related to stocks order adjustment.
2. Documentation Management
a. Matches all quantities and items per delivery receipt of PT Stores against the posted transfer orders into the system.
3. Administrative
a. Maintains a complete and orderly file of all documents related to the function.
b. Handles other support activities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Business course or related
- Communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Has relevant experience in Logistics
