Job Description
Planning
1. Simulates the different project ideation together with the corresponding cost-benefit and CapEx involved.
2. Recommends the timing of each phase based on the feasibility analysis.
3. Drive Appropriation Request (AR) completion based on the recommended business case when CapEx is necessary.
Execution
1. Manages the overall project timeline and coordination with each project team members and deliverables.
2. Ensure involvement of all necessary cross-functional stakeholders.
3. Develops project milestones as aligned to each stakeholder and governs completion of each by means of structured DMS.
4. Ramp up out necessary processes as part of the change management from Inbound Sourcing, Demand & Supply Replenishment, Warehouse Management, Outbound Transportation and Reverse Logistics.
Turnover
1. Engages resource and end-users to proper training & on-boarding.
2. Develop necessary operational DMS as hyper care post the transition.
