Assess and Initiate improvement needed for the escalations received within cross functions
Making sure all escalations will be resolved within agreed lead time or SLA
Proper coordination with internal (cross functional teams) and external stakeholders (3PL and vendor partner of Shopee) for resolving an escalation concern
Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed by the Team
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems applicable in logistics, warehouse, and transportation
Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure independently
Good communication skill in verbal and written
Good soft skills and pakikisama to ensure good relationship with 3PL
Capable of working beyond working hours and skeletal schedule
Quick to respond actions needed for sudden operational concerns
Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people
