About the role
 
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team at Brookview, Inc., Lapu Lapu. This full-time position is a crucial part of our Import/Export & Customs operations, responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant movement of goods.
 
What you'll be doing
Responsible for handling full set of Export documents, invoices and packing lists
Work with factory production departments on order entry and delivery scheduling
Coordinate with shipping companies, forwarders, and local and international clients to ensure timely and efficient shipment arrival, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Maintain the timely and accurate processing of all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork
Monitor and report on shipment status, proactively addressing any delays or issues
What we're looking for
Identifying and resolving complex logistics issues, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
Experience in a similar shipping or logistics role, preferably for export markets
Understanding of import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and related compliance requirements
Handling customer inquiries and complaints. Addressing any issues related to logistics operations and striving for positive resolutions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ensuring customer satisfaction. Working to ensure that customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.
Able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power-Point and outlook)
Short notice or immediate available is preferable
