Must be a graduate of any business-related course (with good scholastic records)
With at least 6 years of work experience in Logistics Management, at least 3 years in similar capacity
Must be good in interpreting financial data and estimating costs
Must be cost-conscious, organized, detail oriented, quick and capable thinker, pro-active, results oriented, and confident with good business judgement
Must be strong in handling people and in implementing systems and procedures
Must be able to work on his own initiative, works quickly and efficiently
With high level of accuracy and maturity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
With strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, time-management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
