Qualifications
⮚ With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacture Engineering course
⮚ With at least 1 year experience on process improvement in Manufacturing/ Logistics set up; Fresh graduate with latin honors are welcome to apply
⮚ Must have experience in leading projects, mentoring and leading teams
⮚ Proactive and necessitate on implementation on process improvement
⮚ Effective analytical and problem solving skills; ability to understand complex environment
⮚ Must have knowledge in conducting time and motion studies
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⮚ Share progress on RGCPS project and other continuous improvement initiatives with other PS Engineer
⮚ Evaluates current Logistic process using RGCPS tools and make recommendations for improvement
for effectively utilize 4M's (Man, Material, Machine, Method)
⮚ Responsible for all documentation of the system and analysis
⮚ Conduct Time and Motion Study
⮚ Monitor PS implementation, promotes and monitors process effectiveness.
⮚ Updates status of the project and reporting to PS Chairman / PS Mover
⮚ Suggests and validate kaizen
⮚ Conduct weekly internal audit (compliance and sustenance)
⮚ Act as a project coordinator/ leader in small plants/or for base with no PS-Mover.
⮚ Develops the Project Plan with the team (Small Plant/ Plaridel)
⮚ Responsible for on-time documentation of the system
⮚ Accountable for the sustenance of RGC PS-Board
⮚ Responsible for the issuance of CPAR for any in compliance of the execution team in the system.
⮚ Implementation of RGCPS requirements (Boards and Visual designs)
