• Responsible in dispatching, assigning and scheduling trucks for their daily trips (pick up / delivery)
• Coordinates and updates tracking information to sales, clients and other concerned people.
• Monitors delivery and pick up schedules to ensure scheduled trips are met on daily basis.
• Coordinates with sales and truck drivers on the required number of trucks for the next day trip schedules.
• Research pricing for all purchased truck parts and spare parts
• Process all paper works and input data into a computerized system in order to provide monthly reports to the General Manager and can be used as future reference.
• Open to other tasks that may be assigned
• Can work immediately after notice
