Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least College Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in any courses.
- Preferably with 2 years working experience in logistics operations or related business.
- Must have knowledge in basic logistics operation, inventory management and control.
- Experience in SAP is an advantage.
- Applicant must be a team player, reliable, punctual, self-motivated, can multi-task, and has a good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila.
Job Description:
- Facilitates in-house delivery requirement to clients/customers.
- Coordinates with sales and plant personnel to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
- Prepares report pertaining to issues/concerns/incidents affecting delivery to customer.
- Source truck and negotiates rate for a specific requirement based on approved budget.
- Monitors and prepares report on transport expenses i.e., gains/losses vs budget.
- Checks/verifies trucker billing and prepares request for approval.
- Attend to other tasks that may be assigned by IS.
