Experience Requirements Basic computer applications primarily email Punctuality and attendance are critical High school diploma preferred Job Skills & Traits Attention to details Excellent communication skills & customer service Sense of ownership and strong initiative required Proficient in Excel Duties & Responsibilities Unknown freight resolution involves both solving and minimizing unknown freight issues including coding for finance to pay Issuance of supplier chargebacks involving improper references and unauthorized shipping Police use of freight by suppliers and internal BDA personnel based on the rules of logistics Logistics invoice payments / general ledger (GL) coding of freight invoices for BDA finance can pay Audit freight invoices for accuracy Handle various projects as assigned by the Logistics Manager Logistics liaison in the BDA Philippines office
