Job description:
Assistant to the Manager/Director
Computer retrieval - call and reach out to separated/termed employees both in US and APAC sites
Carry out logistics and work at home processes
Administrative work but not limited to documentation, filing, inventory, shipping, and delivery of equipment
Asset inventory
Requirements:
Must have 1 year of call center experience
Independent, can work with minimal supervision
Strong decision making, dedicated, flexible with work schedule and tasks
Good communication skills and has MS word and excel knowledge
Can work at night and graveyard shift with flexible time off
Experience with logistics and inventory is a plus
