JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB OBJECTIVE
Responsible in receiving and consolidation of orders from different branches.
In charge of encoding and posting all branch orders into the warehouse management system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Management
Receives stock orders from all branches.
Consolidates all stock orders according to delivery routes with different store assignments.
Sends the consolidated orders to the warehouse coordinator for stock preparation purposes.
Posts all branch orders into the warehouse management system as sales or transfer order.
Coordinates with branches for concerns related to additional and cancellation of stock orders.
Delivery Receipts Review (Franchised Stores only)
Matches the delivery receipts submitted by franchised stores against the actual
orders initially recorded in the NAVISION and makes adjustments if necessary.
Coordinates with the Accounting Department for billing of the deliveries made to franchised stores
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Business Administration course
Microsoft Office packages
Good oral and written communication skills
Keen eye on details
Time Management Skills
