Job Description
Assist in the complete execution of local transport coordination and booking of transport requirements from internal requestors (Stakeholders).
Responsible on the preparation, printing, submission, and securing approval of PEZA and BOC related documentations.
Responsible to communicate issues or concerns with stakeholders.
Assist in logistic operations relating to movement of Dyson Digital Motor (DDM) and other related items located at Aeon & Laguna facility (NCZ SEZ, FPIP - SEZ &/or CIP II SEZ), to and from contract manufacturer located at Batangas (FPIP SEZ).
Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve all its deliverables.
Encoding, Printing and Submission for Approval of Farm-in and Farm-Out documents to PEZA and Bureau of Customs at CIP II SEZ &/or NCZ- SEZ
Assist in the coordination, booking of necessary transport as per requested delivery date of internal stakeholders
Ensure goods are ship-out on time, receipt on time and in good condition
Ensure all inbound and outbound movements to and from Dyson Electronics PTE LTD Philippine Branch (DEPL-PB) premises are with corresponding PEZA and BOC documentation
Printing and Submission of Letter of Authority (LOA) and Surety Bond Application to PEZA and Bureau of Customs
Monitoring, updating and timely submission of Liquidation Ledger (pre-requisite for LOA Renewal)
Ability to resolve and escalate irregularities/exceptional cases to line superior for disposition
Ensure all documentations are 100% compliance with Philippines Economic Zones Authority (PEZA) and Bureau of Customs existing rules and regulations
