> To prepare and check shipping documents (air and sea freight) for customs clearance for all imporatation (spare parts and equipment).
> Work closely with transporation providers ensuring efficient and effective execution or defined processes. This includes confirming shipments ETA'S, reviewing routing, confirming shipping line, government agencies and por releaseees, coordination and scheduling delivery appointments, dispatching order.
> To check customs duty evaluation calculations for each shipment.
> Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfer, deliveries and other activities that will require third party transporatation of forwarding.
> Coordinate and monitor all imports.
> Arranging bookings and coordination of all operations aspects with shipping lines, trucking companies, brokers, suppliers.
> Monitor and update the team with customs requirements and freight and other transport related costs.
> Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
College degree in customs administration or logistics/transportation preferred or equivalent of 3 years related working experience.
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in team and independtly.
Problem solving skills, detail-orientated and quality focused.
