This position will focus on the following tasks:
1. Weekly generation of shipments with shipment cost.
2. Validation of truck type/capacity, plate number, routes, shipment types, and rates.
3. Batching of shipments for Billing Statement (BS) issuance of SMILSI.
4. Billing Statement (BS) requisition to SMILSI Finance.
5. Generates Consolidated Service PO (Conso SPO) according to batching of shipments.
6. Prepares Billing Summary for the generated Conso SPO in standard format. 7. Transmits the Conso SPO and Billing Summary to SMILSI Finance for the issuance of actual Billing Statement (BS). 8. Transmits the Conso SPO, Billing Summary, and SMILSI's Billing Statement (BS) to SSC Prosync AP Team in C5. 9. Weekly updating of database for the common file monitoring between SMFoods and SMILSI. 10. Responsible for providing administrative support to BLG Operations, Inventory, and Transport groups.
