Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversees the shipping and delivery of materials
Manage inventory
Oversees personnel
Facilitate daily scheduling of orders and assigning of trucks and drivers to meet customer demand with little to no delay
Issuance of necessary documents relating to truck loading - Authority to Load and Delivery Receipts.
Queuing of trucks in coordination with Terminal (on-duty) and managing of truck traffic in the loading and parking/waiting area.
Coordination with Surveillance Department (GPS), Customer Service, and Haulers for status of deliveries and tank trucks.
Regular reporting of updates and concerns regarding delivery status or any irregularities relating to logistics operations to Logistics Supervisor.
Monitors status of deliveries and whereabouts of truck or driver from time to time.
Ensures driver/s compliance to company policies and reports any incident to the Logistics Supervisor.
Updating / maintaining of Logistics - related reportorial.
Tagging of check payment from the account in the system.
Transmittal of Delivery Receipts and Collection List to Credit and Collection Department.
Processing of Gate Pass, and other documents required in SBMA. (For Bataan Operations only)
And any other assignments that may be assigned by the Terminal Manager or Logistics Head.
