Job Summary:
The position is responsible for the preparation and analysis of reports; and for providing technical and administrative assistance in the logistic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gathers, organizes and analyzes logistics-related data and prepares reports in a timely manner.
2. Identifies areas ripe for quality & operational improvement
3. Dispatches & monitors transport movements for all types of transactions while ensuring its safety
4. Prepares work schedules, ensures regular preventive maintenance of vehicles
5. Communicates with the Fleet Team to ensure smooth operations and promote client satisfaction
6. Examines transportation costs and suggests cost-effective systems and processes
7. Coordinates with clients and inter-company departments to address their logistic needs
8. Works in partnership with other service providers and accredited suppliers
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course with at least two (2) years working experience in Logistics or in Fleet Management support
• Professional in dealing with people
• Client-focused
• Hardworking, open-minded, quality & cost conscious, optimistic and fast-learner
• Able to multi-task
• With pleasing personality, good work ethics, patient, focused and determined.
• Knows how to drive; with professional driver's license
• Preferably familiar with basic troubleshooting for car problems
