3. Knowledge in export/ import process is a must
4. Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity.
5. Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
6. Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goodsEnsure accuracy of all inventories
7. Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
8. Ensure all DOCUMENTATIONS are processed in time
9. Knowledge on PEZA documentation processing
10. Create packing lists and update shipment information in database
11. Organize files both manually and electronically
12. Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
13. Can operate forklift for loading/unloading of goods
14. Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveriesConduct safety procedures for outbound shipment vehicle-
15. Willing to work in FCIE Dasmarinas / Epza Rosario
