Responsibilities:
· Responsible on scheduling of deliveries to Dealers Accounts
· Responsible on coordinating of deliveries to the truckers and assigned sales persons.
· Monitoring of deliveries and backloads.
· Checking supplier delivery billing and monitor delivery cost
· Encoding of RTV's send by sales person and making RTV Pull-out forms.
· Arrange RTV Pull-outs and Dealers unsold stocks/display units.
· Monitor assigned dealer Proof of Delivery and assures to transmit to finance for sales invoicing purposes.
· Transmit sales return of RTV and backloads to finance for RTV deduction update purposes.
· Creating monthly delivery cost analysis.
· Checking of supplier's billing.
· Any task may assign by the Service Manager
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or vocational course Relevant to the Job or in the Same field.
• Computer literate. Excellent in word and excel applications.
• Work experience At least with 1 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in database management system;
• Excellent time management and organization skills required.
• Professionalism and proven quality judgment.
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, work on schedule, and within deadlines.
• Applicant will be assigned in Paranaque area. (Sucat Parañaque)
• 1 Full-Time position is available.
