Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
With minimum of 2 year experience in Demand Planning or Business Forecasting in FMCG industry
Has a background in Sales and Operations Planning
Competent with MS Excel
Job Description:
Monitors weekly data of Sales trending vs target
Regularly measure and examine forecasting accuracy and further deepen the sales trending analysis
Measures monthly forecast accuracy and bias by SKU
Determines sources of forecast error with regular coordination with Sales, Marketing, TMG and Logistics
Documents assumptions of volume drivers from Sales and Marketing factored in forecast build-up
