Job Description
• PERFORM CHECK IN, CHECK OUT AND ROOM CHANGE PROCEDURES AND ENSURE ALL DATA ARE ACCURATELY ENTERED INTO OUR HOTEL SYSTEM
• ATTEND TO GUEST'S COMPLAINTS, INQUIRIES AND REQUEST, REFER PROBLEMS TO OUR SUPERVISOR/MANAGER IF HE/SHE UNABLE TO ASSIST.
• ENSURE FRONT DESK WORK AREA IS KEPT CLEAN AND IN AN ORDERLY STATE AT ALL TIMES.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
