Loan Management
Process the legal document renewals of Clients in coordination with the Investment Team
Process the legal documentation required for security replacements such as verified invoices and buyers
Monitors covenant compliances and coordinate with the Investment Team and Clients for deficiencies
Request for the deployment upon approval of investment and completion of documentation
Administers warehousing and extraction of securities and loan documents by properly recording the ins and outs of all documents. Quarterly checks of security and verification with clients
Assist in credit checks alongside Credit Officer
Legal
Processes notarization and e-DST affixing to facilitate mortgage registration/encumbrance to secure the loan borrowed by the client
Drafting of Notice of Dishonor and other template documents
Filing on small claims court
Carrying out groundwork tasks at BIR, SEC and City Hall
Access System
Holds the back end input on Facility onboarding, PN onboarding and collateral collection / replacement
Timely and Accurate Encoding of data into ARQ Access
Assigned to keep Access Manual updated at all times
Compliances
Ensures compliance to SEC and BSP standards to protect both the client and ARQ from fraud.
Handles AMLA reporting compliances
HQ Administration
In the absence of the finance assistant, regular deposits of cash and check collections, maintains proper cash handling in terms of disbursements and liquidation, ensures that all transactions are properly approved, clarified, and encoded, and ensures the daily recording and transmittal of data
Updating of bank accounts on reconciliation sheet
Performs other functions as may be directed by the supervisor

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
