Responsibilities:
Post Submission Loan Application and Client Expectation Management
Liaising with Brokers and Lenders to ensure that loans are approved as efficiently as possible
Loan approval coordination with Brokers, Lenders and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met
Use of Apply Online and CRM system to lodge loan applications
Simple compliance checks
Social Media/Marketing skills are desired but not essential
Qualifications:
Extensive lending/broker/finance support experience, including exposure to finance applications, submissions and settlements
Apply Online experience is a must
Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, delegate and prioritise as appropriate, based on situation
Strong attention to detail
A high degree of competency in computer and web applications
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; including a strong and fluent command of English
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Exposure to the Australian lending market is essential
Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma is an advantage
