Loan Processor
Key Responsibilities:
• Offshore Processor will input data onto Salestrekker
• Selection of Lender, product, funding worksheet, compliance answers, notes, etc
• Generates Credit Proposal/ Credit Quote
• Send Credit proposal to borrower followed by an email stating credit proposal has been sent.
• Once borrower has returned signed credit proposal push application onto apply online
• Monitors compliance and controls all applications in progress, acts where progress is required
• Ensures smooth calendar management, interacts with both internal staff and external clients
• Responds timely to all incoming and outgoing communications, including electronic email
• Renders general assistance, handles queries and valuation request
Minimum Requirements:
• At least two (2) years of work-related experience Accounting or finance background is an advantage but not required
• Preferably but not required Bachelor of Accountancy or other related courses
• High-level of initiative, suggests process improvements
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Intermediate to advance skills in the use of Microsoft Office
• High accuracy in data entry of information with high attention to details
• Keen to learn new concepts quickly and independently
• Highly motivated with exceptional work ethic and client focus
• Strong time management skills and able to work within frames
Able to interact in a fast paced, proactive financial institution based in Australia
