The company has been in business since 1998. We handle all kinds of residential mortgage loans, such as FHA, Conventional, VA, Non-QM & Reverse Mortgages. We are licensed in more than 25 states and are experiencing significant volume growth, which is the reason we are trying to expand our employee base.
Job Description
Processing a percentage of the company's pipeline
Work closely with brokers to accommodate loan approval
Gather conditions as requested by underwriting
Prepare loan for final clear to close review
May speak to customers so they are preferred to be confident over the phone
Qualifications
If they had US based mortgage experience
Work Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (10:00pm - 7:00am Manila Time)
