Description
• Working with a team in Clark and Australia
• Compilation of Finance Compliance documents required for client appointments. Includes loan applications, summaries, fact finds and loan comparisons.
• Compilation of Finance documents using aggregator software
• Data entry of all client details into our multiple lenders and loan systems.
• Completion and submission of loan applications/information to lenders
• Uploading all clients information and relevant paperwork into databases within the timeframes required
• General administration duties to be able to assist the finance managers with day to day files.
• Following up of loan applications, valuation reports and mortgage documents to ensure they are completed on time.
