Our client, an overseas finance company based in Australia is looking to hire a Credit Officer with at least two years mortgage lending experience, credit skills from a Banking Career or a Processor who works as a desk broker.
Job Description
Work with Principal after clients have been interviewed.
Look at lender options, check debt servicing and work with our processing team who will submit and manage the deal to settlement with you.
Liaise and workshop scenarios with Bank Credit Managers and Business Development Managers.
Responsible for all queries from clients and Processing Team for all Mortgages.
Ensure compliance of all files.
Manage the company CRM and Aggregators software
Provide rate quotes and maximum borrowing capacity quotes for all prospects
Complete annual reviews and renegotiate existing interest rates
Ideally, Manage all Commercial Enquiries but not essential
Minimum two (2) years mortgage lending experience.
Able to understand credit policies and debt servicing calculators.
Proven track record in Credit, Sales and Relationship building.
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Associate / Supervisor Accounting and Finance Business Process Outsourcing 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
