LOADER OPERATOR
 
Will be assigned in:
Paranaque
Apalit, Pampanga
Qualifications:
High School or Vocational Course Graduate
With one year experience in the same field
License Restiction: 1238
Responsibilities:
Operates wheel loader to lift and transport materials in order to ensure proper stocking of raw materials in the plant bin and aggregates stockpile.
Maintains tidiness/orderliness of settling pond, motor pool area, hauling waste concrete, aggregate stockpiles, bins and in-charge in cleaning of stockpile yard to maintain cleanliness of the Batching Plant.
Inspects and removes sub-standard aggregates in stockpile area and concrete reclaimer stockpile to avoid contamination of raw materials.
Assists Maintenance Team in lubricating, restoring breakdown units and all tire related repair to provide support and ensure accomplishment of the repair based on the agreed KPIs. 
Prepares Daily Checklist and Report maintenance concerns to prevent significant damage to the loader and to the company. 
Teaches new operator in proper operation and cleaning of loader in order to ensure business continuity.

1 Year or less Experience
High School graduates are welcome
